ofcourse at that time we will just delete a file & will add the new one. But its a kind of lose of data.

Step 1- First of all download a "KGB Achiever" software from Here
Step 2- Now, open it & choose compress file & hit Next Button.
Step 3- Do as given in the image below.
Be patient as the process may take some time.
